Job Requirements

Onin Staffing is seeking Auto Manufacturing teammates for Volkswagen of Chattanooga. This is a climate control, clean, safe environment under new leadership with improved culture. Positions do not require previous automotive experience but it is a plus!! Must have HS diploma or GED. Must be able to pass physical and hair follicle drug screen

Work Experience

• Body, Assembly, Paint, Quality or Logistics.

• Candidates must be willing to work any shift.

• Perform bench, floor, or conveyor assembly work, usually of short cycle duration, and involving standardized work elements. Must be able

to comprehend and follow standardized work instructions. Work may involve using hand positioning, assist devices such as hoists, and

power tools or other equipment.

• Responsible for assembly, body welding/repair, paint finesse/quality, tool changes, and problem solving of manufacturing processes and

equipment.

• Needs to be capable of working on their feet for long periods of time, demonstrating hand dexterity, tolerating repetitious

work patterns and performing some moderate heavy lifting.

Pay:

15.50/hr – $17.00/hr and OT $23.25/hr – $25.50/hr

Hours :

Monday – Friday; some Saturdays

6:00am – 4:00pm

6:00pm – 4:00am
