Looking to get into the automotive industry? We have immediate openings at TS Tech in Boaz, AL and would love to make you a part of our team! We have positions available in the Production Assembly and Robotic Weld/Machine Operator Departments. No Experience is needed for either department as there is on the job training available. You must be able to understand work instructions and be safety and quality conscious while providing quality workmanship.
Pay rate: $12.00 – $12.25/hr
Shifts: Monday – Friday
1st: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm *Overtime as needed
2nd: 6:00 pm – 2:30 am *Overtime as needed
What you will do:
As a Production Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Standing/walking up to 10 hours per day
- Lift up to 25-40 lbs unassisted
- Inspect and assemble parts according to company standards
- Maintain clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
As an Assembly Production Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Standing/walking up to 10 hours per day
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Loading and unloading weld fixtures
- Inspecting and assembly parts according to company standards
- Learn to differentiate between good and bad welds
- Maintain clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude
- Be able to follow directions
- Have good hand/eye coordination
- Stand for entire shift
- Lift up to 25-40 pounds unassisted
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pass drug screen
