Job Summary
Warehouse Workers / Drivers will perform numerous tasks to ensure that the warehouse, fulfillment, shipping and receiving areas are maintained in an organized, clean and efficient manner.
Responsible for performing tasks associated with shipping and production support duties such as storing and locating product and retrieval for production and assisting shipping product as needed.
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, pulling and shipping orders, setting up pallet wrapping, specialty operators and stock put away.
Responsible for local pick-ups and deliveries in company van.
This position has direct and indirect responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of quality, safe processes, consistent standards and compliance with all appropriate legal requirements with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
Assists various machine and press operators in the routine aspects of moving materials.
Uses various forklifts and moving equipment to assist press, receiving, and other plant departments.
Prepares shipments by physically picking, wrapping, palletizing, etc.
for final shipment.
Maintains paper stock and warehouse items in an orderly and easily accessible manner.
Verify loads against shipping papers
Collect signatures for product delivered
Back up to all warehouse waste
Maintain log (LTL shipping bills, signs, shrink wrap, packing slips)
Load/unload van
Inspect van and supplies (tires, lights, oil, gas, water, etc)
Prepare receipts for loads picked up
Adhere to all safety rules, regulations and company policies
Maintain level of housekeeping that complies with company standards.
Must have adequate reasoning skills
– must be able to apply common sense and understanding to job related duties.
Must be team oriented
– a team player, willing to work for the good of the total team.

– Ability to learn quickly & apply information; must be versatile and be able to shift from one job to another.

Ability to perform heavy manual labor
Ability to operate electric pallet jack, floor jack, hand truck, and shrink wrap
Excellent driving record
Knowledge of Honolulu area

Must be at work station on time as scheduled; must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
Mathematical/Data Entry Skills
– ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Computes discounts, count inventory and percentages.
Calculate volume, weight and measures.

Able to interpret
