Warehouse Receiver

Surplus Outlet a retail grocery store has an immediate job opening for a Full-Time Warehouse Receiver in our Northumberland Store. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and closed on Sunday.

Job Description& Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned):

-The warehouse receiver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate receipt of items ordered and placed in specified areas of the warehouse. The warehouse receiver unloads packages and checks their content to ensure that the orders match the invoice. The warehouse receiver will help where needed.

-Establish a working relationship through excellent communication skills with all team members, supervisors, and vendors.

Typical Work Week Hours:

-40 Hours per week (5-Eight Hour Shifts) Monday through Friday. Weekends off.

-7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Skills Needed:

-Excellent communication skills

-Trained or willing to be trained and certified on forklift.

-Detail oriented

-Reliable

-Ability to be flexible and willing to adapt to change

-Strong organizational skills

Compensation:

-Wages are based off of experience
