What you can expect at FedEx Ground:

• Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
• Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
• Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Evening Shift (Outbound Sort)
Pay Starts at $17.00/HR

Monday through Friday

5 PM – 10 PM

Pay Enhancement Program:

– Extra $4/HR for Full Time Package Handlers
(9/5/21 – 1/1/22)

– Extra $2/HR on Weekends (10 PM Friday – 10 AM Monday) for Full Time and Part Time Package Handlers
(11/19/21 – 1/3/22)

Sign On Bonus:

-Bonus Amount Paid Out After Total Days Worked
– 30 Days $100
– 60 Days $150
– 90 Days $250
(9/5/21 – 12/4/21)

– For each package handler that you refer that works in the Natick location for 45 days, you will receive $350 if you are also still an active employee during the 45 Days. Unlimited Referral Opportunities.
