What you can expect at FedEx Ground:
Fast paced and physical warehouse work
– why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
Shift lengths vary based on package volume
– generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day.
Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Additional Location Information: Starting pay is Up to $25.00 Per Hour depending on prior FedEx experience and shift worked.
Above Rate Includes:
$1 AM (10PM-10AM) shift differential
$1 FT pay enhancement
$2 Peak surge (10/3/21
– 12/18/21)
$3 FT (10/10/21-12/25/21)
Additional pay enhancements:
$500 Referral Bonus (until 12/31/2021)
Attendance
– weekly hours worked bonus 9/19/21-10/30/21 $200 (Full Time must work
40+ hours) $100 (Part Time must work 25+ hours)
