Warehouse Lift Operator (Night Shift: 6PM)

Shift starts at 6:00PM Monday to Friday.
Warehouse Associate Position Responsibilities/Expectations:
Operate Raymond Order Picker with platform in a narrow aisle, wire guided warehouse Put away inventory into racking with RF Scanners Great attention to detail, follow through, and communication Ensure all SOP’s are being followed to uphold quality and integrity of inventory Meet Productivity Requirements as required Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to Warehouse Manager immediately.

Work cross functionally with other departments to meet company goals and objectives Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Perform other duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Position Skills and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs.

repeatedly with assistance Experience operating Fork Lift Equipment and specifically an Order Picker required Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, reaching in a warehouse environment Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed Basic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel knowledge Required to wear steel toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English Must be authorized to work in the United States
