OUR HIGH-VOLUME DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS LOOKING FOR HARDWORKING WAREHOUSE SHIFT LEAD TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR PRIMARY TASK WILL REVOLVE AROUND UNLOADING TRUCKS, ACCURATE PALLET COUNT, AND CASE COUNT.
THIS IS THE NEXT STEP IN AN ASSOCIATE’S PATH TO MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: ABILITY TO LEAD AND DRIVE PERFORMANCE BY LOOKING FOR SOLUTION TO BARRIERS AND COMMUNICATING WITH PARTNER OF OPPORTUNITIES IMPACTING PERFORMANCE INFORM WORKERS OF MANAGEMENT CONDITIONS OF WORK, RULES AND REGULATIONS GUIDING THE ESTABLISHMENT TO ENSURE THAT THEY ADHERE TO COMPANY POLICIES, AND PARTNER WITH SITE MANAGER FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.
MAKE AVAILABLE ALL WORK RELATED RECORDS SUCH AS ATTENDANCE AND EFFICIENCY SCORE TO MANAGEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYMENT AND OTHER REWARDS.
