Shift: 9 PM TO 6 AM Compensation: $18-$20 Per Hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage assigned warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment Monitor warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with site management and other team leads Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees Enforce company safety guidelines and policies at all times Communicate with other team leads to ensure all tasks are completed with set timeframes QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a warehouse supervisor/lead is a must High-energy individual with a strong work ethic Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assignedM Must be able to stand for long hours at a time The Opportunity This is the next step in an associate’s path to management You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with customer’s staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand Why you should work with us Get paid weekly Rewarding production pay your output means earnings, the harder you work the more you can make Benefits after 60 days of employment Career growth, Over 500 Sites nationally Join our travel team, see the country, learn how all our sites operate Paid Training, Safety Incentives CB Capstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a “Critical Infrastructure Segment”.
