– Stone Mountain, GAPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelHigh SchoolTravel PercentageNoneJob ShiftDayJob CategoryWarehouseDescriptionSummary:Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the timely execution of all activities and decisions associated with inventory control, ordering of raw material, account management, supply chain, customer service, purchasing and / or scheduling in support of the daily functions of the warehouse and production departments.Functions:Performs required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of the warehouse and production departmentsAbility to work cooperatively with other associates, vendors and carriers with little supervisionPerforms accurate entry of orders / data into the Order Management system via various methods: EDI, Telephone, Fax, or Email.Executes and provides proper follow-up for expedited orders and order changes.Ability to complete short and long term projects and deal with multiple tasks and prioritized duties.Arranges shipments by confirming stock to determine inventory levels, anticipated delivery requirements, and placing / expediting order deliveries.Product knowledge aptitude for WinCup product lineDetailed oriented and have proven time management skillsDemonstrate the ability to build relationships with internal and external suppliers, customers and internal functional groupsPerform duties associated with scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities to ensure inventory accuracyExcellent problem solving and analytical skills a mustDemonstrate an understanding of the supply chain processAbility to solve complex issues in a proactive mannerConduct daily duties in a professional appearance and mannerPurchase of raw material and packaging products.Perform cycle counts and reports for finished goods and raw materials.Responsible for informing the leadership team immediately of any failure to meet established quality standards to ensure that corrective action is taken.Performs other duties as assigned by leadership team.Physical Demands:Work an 8 or 12 hour shift while sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, use hands to finger, grasp with hands and arms, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and lifting throughout the entire shift.Requires the manual movement of cases of finished goods that weight up to 25 pounds.Heavy data entry required.Working Conditions:Exposed to extreme heat.

In-doors in a manufacturing environment that is not air conditioned.Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particlesWear PPE while working, which includes hairnet, hearing protection and safety glasses with side guards.Work an 8 or 12 hour day shiftAble to work weekdays, weekends and overtimeQualifications:Education
– High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience
– 2 to 5 years of warehouse coordinator, warehouse expediter, inventory scheduling, or related experience.

2 to 5 years in a supply chain environment and order entry experience.

Forklift operation certification preferred.Skills
– Strong problem solving, follow-up, organizational, and decision making skills a must.

Requires strong computer skills (i.e.

Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, etc.).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to read, write and speak English.
