Job Description Title: Warehouse Attendant Hours: Trains 12:30pm – 9:00pm Monday – Friday Shift once Trained 4, 10 hour days 9:00am-8:00pm Wednesday-Saturday Department: Spares Operations Reporting To: Supervisor, Spares Operations Compensation: $18.00 per hour Summary of Duties • Performs receiving, distribution and shipping duties as assigned • Identifies, verifies, counts and processes all incoming and outgoing materials and documentation utilizing company’s computerized inventory control system in accordance with company policies and procedures • Performs general warehouse tasks, which includes, but is not limited to, unloading trucks, operating forklift, use of scales to assist in counting of material, storing material, retrieving material, packing and unpacking material • Maintains a clean, orderly and safe work area in accordance with company standards • Identifies discrepancies and damaged materials received and reports them to the Quality Control Department or Operations Supervisor for corrective action in accordance with company policies and procedures • Identifies any unsafe work area or equipment to Lead Warehouseman or Operations Supervisor • Other duties may be assigned by management in order to meet department or business objectives on an as-needed basis. Qualifications • High School diploma or G.E.D. • Valid Drivers license • Ability to lift 50 pounds • 1 year experience in a warehouse environment • Some experience operating a forklift or automated order picker • Experience processing material receipts and shipments using a computerized inventory control system • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in a professional manner • Familiarity with civil aviation components a plus • Forklift License desired • Experience in operation of computerized shipment systems helpful • Experience in shipment of hazardous materials a plus • Experience in preparing export documentation for material shipments helpful • Familiarity with current business software a plus Company Description Dassault Falcon is the recognized global brand for Dassault business jets which are designed, manufactured and supported by Dassault Aviation and Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.
