Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager. This role is a contract position and variable in nature. Warehouse Associates are responsible for helping with all day to day warehouse functions including: receiving, order management, and shipping and warehouse maintenance and upkeep. This associate will take direction from Lead Coordinators as well as Supervisors throughout daily activities.

Essential Functions
Prepares, packages, and scans serialized items into ConvergeOne’s shipping system
Loads and unloads trailers using a forklift and/or a pallet jack
Audits incoming equipment
Assists with inventory audits/cycle counts
Pulls orders efficiently and on-time
Takes on projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Works effectively with other departments within ConvergeOne
Helps to maintain organization of the warehouse
Complies with all workplace safety and quality standards
Receives and logs daily FedEx and UPS shipments
Scans inventory items and assigns to a stock location systemically and physically

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in labeling and packaging
Assists in inventory cycle counts
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Forklift certification
Must be punctual and maintain good attendance
Teamwork
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
Ability to use (and learn new) complex systems, technologies, and applications
