Warehouse Associate

This position is responsible for LTL/TL parcel order picks, stocking and receiving, loading, and shipping dock duties.

Core Shift on Days is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, count, and put away all finished goods that come into the warehouse from outside vendors.
• Pick, pack, and palletize small orders.
• Pick products and maintain paperwork for orders.
• Stage product by truckload in the appropriate staging area as well as keep accurate load sheets and pick list information.
• Complete required paperwork to coordinate for data processing.
• Accurately perform picks and record transactions via paper, RF Scanner.
• Sort, segregate, count, and record receipts and transfers via paper, RF Scanner
• Unload carriers by hand or forklift.
• Wrap pallets and attach shipping labels in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain the manifest and complete the Bill of Leading.
• Ability to organize and load products into a trailer according to warehouse specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and 1+ year in a warehouse environment.
• Accuracy in paperwork and working with numbers.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and with minimal supervision.
• Safety conscious.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to complete and prioritize multi-tasks in a timely manner.
• Good communication.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient using scales and stretch wrap machines.
• Fork Lift certified or the ability to be certified.

Physical Demands

• Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• Operate forklift equipment and perform physical lifting/lowering.
• Required to use computer, possess visual acuity essential to examine and prepare documents.
• Be able to perform job duties in both an office and a warehouse environment.
