We are looking for a capable Warehouse Supervisor to support our company’s warehouse operations. This person will be responsible for meeting operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements for a Value-Added Reseller deploying a large amount of Cisco, Dell, and other manufacturers material. RESPONSIBILITIES + Maintains receiving, warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. + Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. + Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with NetSuite inventory module with accuracy being priority #1 + Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly. + Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work order for repair and requisitions for replacement. + Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. + Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. + Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. + Provide weekly inventory reports and schedule and perform cycle counts for all warehouse locations. + Track important warehouse KPI’s. + Work with third party trucking firms, Fed Ex, UPS. + Maintain proper EOL inventory processing working with thirds party disposal firm. + Notifies project managers/ coordinators when their inventory has reached minimum levels. + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. QUALIFICATIONS + 3 to 5 years’ experience + Detail oriented, organized + Able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Computer literacy – NetSuite a plus + HS Diploma at a minimum + Good communication skills + Operate forklift and other basic lifts Come experience our unique culture and see how our “right people, right results” philosophy has led to our outstanding success!
