And, were thankful for our gracious, welcoming employees who share like values. Benefits:Annual vacation bonus401(k) plan with matchMedical  insurance and HSAWellness ProgramCompany discountsDental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Term Life Insurance availableScholarship programLeadership programSundays offSmartDollar Summary:Works efficiently and safely to pick, ship and receive product. Duties and Responsibilities:  Unloads and receives inbound freight.Verifies the correctness of all incoming/outgoing product picked.Monitors all temperatures upon arrival/departure according to HASP/USDA regulations.Ensures/maintains a clean and safe work environment.Helps maintain the organization of all product in the warehouse.Works efficiently to ensure product turnover.Provides timely information to aid the Supervisor/Plant Manager with decisions.Makes recommendations to improve efficiencies as needed.Helps maintain and resolve inventory issues as they arise.Ensures timely product rotation.Monitors and ensures short dated items receive immediate attention.Assists staff members in other departments as needed or directed.Additional duties as needed or directed.Minimum Qualifications:An understanding of the distribution/warehouse environment. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.  Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.  Class A CDL license and demonstrated computer software skills a plus.Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
