Russell Tobin is immediately hiring for a Vault Clerk to work for our client in their Frederick, MD location. This position is 1st shift (7:30am-3:45pm) and will require candidate to be on their feet 80% of the day. Pay rate is $16.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions.
- Lifting 20 – 30 pounds throughout the day.
- Using 10 ft. step ladders throughout the day.
- During the day the team pulls, and files documents, receives daily mail, communicates with customers and updates our system of record throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of general office procedures, and computer and other office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collect and organize information.
