Tatum is hiring for a Talent Researcher .

This role is responsible for executing Tatum’s recruiting strategy to meet revenue and g ross p rofit goals.

K ey responsibilities of a T alent R esearcher include identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and matching skilled talent for placement of consulting opportunities for C-suite level candidates.

This position will maintain a sales focus by generating client leads and opportunities through candidate interactions and talent management.

What you need to bring:
2+ years of executive recruiting experience Staffing industry experience a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
