Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Primary PurposeShipping & Receiving Floater will help in all areas of the guard shack and glass house responsibilities. Help fill in different areas as needed.Essential Functions and Responsibilities* Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.* Coordinate all traffic into facility.* Greet and sign-in guests.* Work with drivers and visitors to the facility daily.* Evaluate manifests (shipping documents) upon arrival.* Work with plant personnel to coordinate all truck movements.* Log and review all inbound and out-bound shipments and papers.* Communicate with Clerical Supervisor and Customer Service regarding profile problems.* Scan Manifest(s) into MMS for internal purposes.* Maintain various logbooks (Outbound log for liquids, solids, residual material on returning out-bound shipments, visitors, contractors, etc.)* Primary data logging and manifest correcting (troubleshooting and editing)Heritage believes that each employee makes a significant contribution to our success. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
