Shipping Receiving Clerk

Prepare necessary documents for export shipments. Inspects loads to ensure that weight regulations are met and that load is secure. Perform shipping transactions in Macola for all outbound shipments.2. 15% Assigns shipment to forklift operators upon arrival of transport driver. Pre-print pick tickets to pre-stage as necessary.3. 15% Enter shipping transaction in Macola/Wysis according to lot numbers shipped provided by forklift operators.4. 10% Prepare shipping manifest for each shipment. Performs physical inventories or as required.5. 10% Prepares parcel shipment labels for all departments using various software provided by DHL, UPS and Fed Ex. Receive packages from Parcel Carriers, inspect package conditions upon arrival of packages and report damages to recipient/department. Deliver packages to appropriate department as necessary.6. 5% Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisors.
