Fulfill orders with forklift or stepladder while processing large amounts of transactions that require a high level of focus to maintain high levels of inventory, location and count accuracy using DSI. Transfer parts from primary location to shipping dock for packaging. Package orders appropriately. Complete bills of lading or UPS and FedEx shipping paperwork. Load shipments into trailers or containers using forklift. Assist in preparing and planning for inventories. Participate in all physical inventories.Roles and Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and control parts inventory.* Operate on board the Turret truck or Parts Picker which reaches up to 25 feet in height during picking process. Pass this certification course.* Drive a forklift and pass certification course.* Computer skills necessary.* Must be able to lift minimum of 40 pounds repetitively.* Accurately complete truck bills of lading.* Efficiently operate UPS and FedEx shipping manifest.* Prepare export paperwork.* Adhere to packaging practices and instructions.* Accurately complete in-house kitting per bill of material.* Basic math skills.* Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to keep work area safe, clean and in good order.* Must be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude looking to be a team player.* Safe work habits are a must.PERSONAL TOOL REQUIREMENTS: Safety shoes and safety glasses.GENERAL SUMMARY:Material handling, drive forklift, warehouse order processing, and operate on board the Turret truck or Parts Picker which reaches up to 25 feet in height during picking process.
