OverviewTransport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas as assigned. Operate forklift to load or move materials. Load or unload material onto or from pallets, trays or shelves. Process required paperwork. Perform preventive maintenance, daily vehicle inspection.ResponsibilitiesCompares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items outgoing or incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, address labels and other records. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Operates forklift to load outgoing freight onto trucks. Performs all necessary computer transactionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education is preferred.Experience with driving a forklift.Computer experience.Ability to understand work orders and follow instructions
