Our purpose-To celebrate what’s good in life.Who we’re looking for:Accurate receiving of materials/product in order to maintain system integrity of inventory control, and insures materials/product documentation filing to the proper department.How you’ll make an impact:* Update purchase order information according to supplier tracker report* Maintain vendor account information* Verify accuracy of all shipment documentation* Prepare international documents (i.e. bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice)* Communicate any document discrepancies to supplier prior to shipment arrival* Coordinate shipment delivery appointments* Maintain and update shipment report daily* Schedule carrier inbound and outbound appointments* Create receiving documents and pallets tags* Reports any deviations in quality, quantity, documentation or damaged freight to the Purchasing Department* Coordinate receipt documents for inspection with the QC department and assist if needed with QC reports* Update inventory systems and submit documentation to the accounting department* Submit approved vendor, freight forwarding and Inspection Company invoices to the accounting department* Request TL and LTL freight rate quotes as assigned* Cross trains for other positions within the facility* Perform other related duties as assignedAnd here’s what we think you’re like:* 2-years experience* Dependable* Punctual* Good communication skills* Organized* Able to work at a fast pace* AccurateWhat We Offer:* Competitive Salary and Benefit plans* Healthcare Plan including health/dental/vision insurance* 401K Plan* Section 125 Flexible Spending Account* Life Insurance* Short- and Long-Term Disability* Paid time off* Paid holidaysWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
