Mission: To engage NY City residents in education and enrollment for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Job Title: Warehouse Specialist Location: New York, NY FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Type: Temporary Full-time and Part-time A ReServe Warehouse Specialist participates in a supervised team which engages in receiving, storing, and distributing supplies for community engagement activities about COVID-19 in New York City neighborhoods.
Depending upon the specifics of the Work Order, the Specialist will be required to successfully complete the duties listed below: Supply Management-Warehouse: warehouse-based resource management, including the facilitation of inventorying and distributing canvassing event supplies and PPE.
Assistance with the inventory, organizing, data entry, and management the schedule of supplies coming in and out of the warehouse facility.
The staging of event supplies, i.E., stuffing bags, packaging masks and event kits, etc.
Supply Management–Distribution Site: warehouse-based resource management, including the facilitation of inventorying and distributing canvassing event supplies and PPE.

The successful candidate must be client-focused and willing to travel to a Distribution Site in one of the 5 boroughs of New York City and/or to a central warehouse in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn, NY.
Job Functions – may vary by assignment 1.
Supply management work, including but not limited to
· data entry (inventory management system),
· organizing supplies,
· accepting and distributing supplies, and
· the assembly of supplies for field-based distribution.

Regular supervision by a ReServe Warehouse Supervisor, including:
· orientation and training
· review procedures
· report success metrics
· report issues or concerns
· receive updated instructions 3.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Minimum 2 years of work experience
· Technology skills, including:

· Use of warehouse equipment, i.E., pallet jacks
· experience in warehouse environment
· OSHA 10 certification Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Supervisory Responsibility: None.
Work Environment : Assignments in this job require presence and work in a warehouse environment, requiring acceptance and delivery of packages, unpacking, and assembling supplies, and use of a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Wor k This is a temporary position.
The hours of work and days are typically as follows: The hours of work and days are typically as follows: Distribution Site: borough-based resource management: 5-6 days per week, Monday Saturday between 8:00 a.M.
and 5:30 p.M.
Shifts are assigned weekly.
Warehouse: warehouse-based resource management: 6 days per week, Monday–Saturday between 6:00 a.M.
and 9:00 p.M.
Shifts are assigned weekly.
Requires Specific availability as follows:
· Hours: minimum of 28 per week; maximum of 40 per week
· Days: minimum of 4 days per week; preference for 5 days per week
· Shifts: minimum of 6 hours per shift; preference for 8 hours per shift.
Shifts are assigned weekly and may include “on call” requests daily.
Travel: When travel is required, it is limited to within the City of New York (all 5 boroughs) and requires use of public transportation and associated transit schedules and apps.
