Receiving Clerk/ Material Handler – Elk Grove Village

Positions available on 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pmUnder the direction of the Warehouse Supervisors, Stockroom Manager, or designated alternate the Material Handler team member is responsible for all aspects of Picking, Packing, Counting and Putting Away material from the Receiving and Production Processes.JOB Responsibilities:Must be able to read and understand information on a Picking TicketUse a scanner or a keyboard to input the information required on the picking scanners or the MRP inventory system.Use scales, reel counters and other counting equipment to pick kits and perform cycle counting activities.Put away and pick piece parts from the warehouse shelves using the direction provided on the pick ticket.Follow verbal and written instructions to pack and label product final product or final PCBs.Participate in any inventory activities as needed such as picking, put away, counting, cycle counting, packing and shipping.Any other duty your manager assigns.AUTHORITY:Report inventory discrepancies and mis matches to the area supervisor for correction.Report damaged and non-conforming material to the area supervisor for disposition.Support daily production runs by providing material to assembly lines via pick ticket, Kanban or other special request.Blend N Concepts is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
