High growth national logistics company specializing in the home delivery segment seeks a Rating Clerk to join our growing team.

Key Job Functions*

Obtain and record pick up and transportation costs from emails, notes, shared documents, and invoices from vendors.

Reconcile invoices from vendors.

Work with all departments to resolve orders that may be missing the information needed to rate an order.

Update orders with information obtained from other departments or from the notes in the order to make them ready to rate.

Manually rate orders that do not rate successfully through automation.

Provide quotes as requested by customer service or directly from our customers.

Help troubleshoot payment questions from our service partners.

Answer invoice questions from our customers.

Reply to emails sent to the rating department.

Reconcile rates between Quick International’s website and COPS.

Dispute charges, as necessary.

Reconcile the Inner-City Express Invoice with the approved charges in Quick’s system for payment to Inner City Express.

Responsibilities will grow and change as skills improve and as new business dictates.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent

Strong basic math skills

Keyboard & 10 Key-touch typing

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, aware of deadline requirements.

Analytical thinking

Organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.

Years of Experience required: Entry Level – 1 year with an aptitude for Math Remote:

No remoted approved for this position
– Required to be onsite in Henderson NV
