Pinnacle Transplant Technologies: Order Fulfillment Clerk

Job Description Pinnacle Transplant Technologies is looking for a motivated team player to support our mission of honoring the gift of donation.

This job is located in North Phoenix/Deer Valley.

How you will contribute to PTT’s mission: The Order Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.

They obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

The individual in this role will play a key part in maintaining correct and timely deliveries to donation recipients.

What will make you successful (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in order picking and/or order entry/fulfillment is required Familiarity with and experience working under FDA regulatory compliance, HIPAA, cGMP, and cGTP requirements is preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking ability What most days will include (Primary Duties) Execute all steps of product fulfillment by picking and staging all customer orders with pick stickers attached Create picking tickets based on product availability using the inventory management tracking system.

Ensure all orders are picked and staged according to required shipping deadlines Confirm product is damage free, of good quality, accurately bundled and timely Communicate with Customer Service, other Order Fulfillment Associates, and Shipping & Receiving to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and picked/staged accurately Ensure paperwork/customer contact information is available for the driver each time potentially hazardous materials are included in a delivery Maintain the Approved Goods Rooms, ensuring that items are organized and properly labeled/located and staged for distribution Pack and label orders carefully to ensure that products do not get damaged and can withstand the turbulence encountered on a delivery truck May operate materials handling equipment Work Location: North Phoenix (Deer Valley) near the 101 and 7th street Work Remotely: No position is required to be onsite COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Pinnacle Transplant Technologies is a proud equal opportunity employer.
