Position Summary: Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to become part of an excellent team.

Compensation and Benefits: Pay: Up to $19.25/ hr with incentives guaranteed for the first 90 days OT after 40 hours Quality/Safety bonus, Pick Incentives, Weekend Incentives, Holiday Pay Medical, dental, vision Pension Plan Opportunity for travel Paid weekly About the Role: On the job training and certification of process Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset; At times in temperature controlled areas Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 lbs.

repetitively from pallet to crate/tray; sometimes overhead Use of manual/ electric pallet jack/ hand cart to load/unload trailers General housekeeping of your assigned area Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Shift and Schedule: Facility Operates 365 days a year Full-time 5 day shift 2 consecutive days off Weekends/Holidays required 4:00 am until finished Flexibility to work overtime Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Willingness to be trained in material handling equipment required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required Ability to work in climate controlled conditions required Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required (where applicable by location) Flexible to work overtime preferred Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
