Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Process parts requested by Technicians in a timely manner.
• Accurately update computer with current month sales order.
• Process of sales orders.
• Required to make trips to pick up or deliver parts and also for processing parts that require shipping thru UPS, FedEx or other couriers are correct, plus responsible for accurately identify and receiving parts that have been ordered.
• Processing of repairable parts for in-house repairs.
• Processing of repairable parts sent out for vendor repair, warranty items, and core returns.
• Processing the received parts into computer base program for inventory access by Technicians.
• Tool control and issuing of specialty tools, tool boxes and specialty toolboxes.

• All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal Parts Clerk should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED desirable.
• 6 months experience in a parts related job, general knowledge of aircraft parts preferred
• English required.
• German and Local/ Other desirable.
• Industry knowledge is desirable.
• Average computer skills with Windows applications.
• Excellent detail oriented.
• Excellent ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent adaptability.
• Excellent flexibility.
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Shift work / overtime.
• Constant time pressure.
• High stress levels.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise pollution.
• In accordance with rules, regulations, and given authorities.
