General JobDescription: Has knowledge of and differentiatevarious types of seafood, ability to order seafood, and set seafood displaycase. Prepares merchandise for displaycase.
Experience or TrainingRequired: Knowledge of types of seafood and theirorigins, ability to properly handle products, at least one year experience inseafood and setting up cases.

1. Essential JobFunctions:
An individual must possess the abilities toperform these essential job functions:
Abilityto program weighing scales.
Useshand wrapper or automatic wrapper.
Abilityto identify different types of seafood.
Ordersstock and maintains inventory.
Usespowered equipment and hand tools (knives).
Abilityto lift 80 pounds from floor to a table 48 inches in height.
Abilityto communicate effectively with customers.
Cleansand maintains display case.
Abilityto stock and rotate products in display cases.
