IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.This position will provide on-call, part-time back up support to our full-time team members.
Minimum assignment length one full day (8 hours, 1 hour lunch), assignment lengths may range up to multiple weeks.
Hours will range from M-F 7:00 AM
– 6:00 PM.
No nights, no weekends.
Accepting all assignments not mandatory.
All locations will be centralized around the Chicago, IL area, no more than one location per day.
Position will involve cross training for potential to go full time.

We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities for advancementCompensation: $15.00 per hour Responsibilities: Providing support to site locations in the Downtown Chicago areaOperating mail, copy and duplicator equipmentMaintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeTyping correspondence, filing, copying, entering data, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assignedShipping and receivingOrdering suppliesPicking-up and delivering mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customersLifting large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paperHandling time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packagesMaintaining copier equipmentDemonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demandsAdhering to business procedure guidelinesTaking direction from supervisor or site managerParticipating in cross-trainingMaintaining all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detailAdhering to all safety proceduresMust be flexible to perform all duties as assigned including mail runs, package processing, and conference room set-ups Qualifications: A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from workHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferredExcellent customer service relationship management skillsUnderstanding of reception and mail operationsProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environmentCompetency in performing multiple functional tasksAbility to meet employer’s attendance policyLifting up to 50 pounds with aidWillingness to cross-train for other job functionsIST provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
