Candidates are subject to a drug test (excluding THC*/marijuana/cannabis) and background check at the time of offer.THC testing ONLY when such testing is required by law.MRO Clerk-HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Abilene, TXSalary Range $14.00 $18.00 per hour depending on experience.Compensation:Salary Range up to $18.00 per hourEligible for annual & skill-based wage increasesAdd EXTRA money to your paycheck by referring friends and familyBenefits:Medical (Comprehensive PPO, two HRA Plans and an HSA plan)Dental (basic and comprehensive coverage)Vision (basic and premier coverage)Prescription drug coverage401K with a 6% company match (Eligible to participate from day one (1) with 100 % vesting in all company provided funds immediately)New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details)Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accountsLivongo diabetes programCorporate discountsResponsibilities:This position is for Pactiv Evergreen.Job Responsibilities:Requisition and order parts needed to replenish store, meet min/max levels, and support urgent needs.Operate a forklift on a regular basis.Accurately receive items per accounting standards and update SAP.Monitor vending usage/vendor stock to ensure adequate price/supply.Cycle count inventories throughout the month and correct discrepancies.Ensure compliance to MRO process, track cost savings.Kit parts for work orders as directed.Assist Maintenance Lead in scheduling routine PM on equipment, ensuring PM parts availability to meet schedule.Follow all safety requirements and GMP at all times.

This includes being safe in the department, on the floor, and/or getting help lifting heavy items.Daily reorder point planning.

Review GI/GR movement history.Daily review, assign, and release MRP Requisitions.Create, extend, or assign and release MRP.Inspecting and monitoring work performed by outside contractors.Review Block Invoice Report by running PTP.Complete Plant self-assessment audit or MRO tablet compliance usage.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.Qualifications:Prior experience preferred SAP and inventory control experience.Minimum education level HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.Physical requirements Manual dexterity involved in data entry and climbing stairs.

Also required to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and be forklift certified or demonstrate a willingness and capability to learn.Mental requirements Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented, accurate, strong written and verbal communication skills, computer knowledge and skills including manufacturing software and strong organizational and leadership skills.Tools, Equipment, Materials used/handled Telephones, fax, computers, copy machines, forklift.Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
