OSP VAS Logistics Coordinator

Position: OSP VAS Logistics Coordinator Job Description: What You Will Be Doing Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with third party test houses, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.

Process all Third party RFQs to OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDER for Sales Handling of ITAR controlled data to process compliancy.

Order entry & maintenance, managing outbound product delivery to 3rd party test houses, Purchase order maintenance, expediting and test house invoice reconciliation Responsible for 3rd party test house on time delivery and quality Support inside sales team with order maintenance, receiving issues, outbound shipments to customer, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation, etc.

Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner Relies on extensive experience and judgment to determine best methods of freight movement to assist Sales in making decisions during the order acquisition process.

Provide solutions to complex logistics transactions.

Provides outbound in transit tracking for internal and external customers.

Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For 1-2 years of experience working in Inventory/Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Management Specialist or similar Knowledge or familiarity with ITAR regulations, Supply Chain, and distribution Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes work under moderate supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions Experience / Education A four-year degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience Intermediate excel skills
– Vlookups, pivot tables, formulas.
