Order Entry Clerk

The nation’s largest turnkey provider of manufactured stone veneer – We design, manufacture, and install our products for many of the country’s leading builders and architects from coast to coast – seeks an energetic, efficient and friendly Order Entry Clerk for our Southeast Region. The successful candidate will have two to four years’ experience in a high volume, data entry capacity with complex order entry, customer service and an eye for detail. Previous experience in building products, construction/sub-contract services or related industries is desirable.We offer competitive compensation and bonus plan, as well as other career opportunities. Our benefits are Holiday and Paid Time Off, comprehensive medical, dental, life, AD&D, LTD, Optional STD, 401K and supplemental benefits.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Navigate builder portals/ extranet for purchase orders, construction plans, schedules, and selection sheets* Reviewing stone order pricing information* Pull Plans from digital plan room* Follow a set process for entering customer stone orders into our ERP system* Work closely with our internal Sales Department* Input customer and account data from source documents within time limits* Manage complete data entry and customer support functions* Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data from computer entry* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output* Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents* Scan documents and print files, when needed* Respond to queries for information and access relevant files* Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctionsJob Requirements* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written* Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook* Excellent attention to detail* Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships* Ability to maintain a database and electronic filing system* Basic skills in 10-key calculator, computer software and data entry* Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner* Ability to follow and execute processes* Ability to make arithmetic calculations rapidly and accurately.
