The Leidos Civil group is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) program, providing support to the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA), Air Traffic Organization’s (ATO) Employee Development Group (AJG-L3) in order to meet its commitments to internal customers, including the ATO’s Service Units. This position is 100% remote with travel required (as needed) to support program deployment/continuous improvement.
The candidate is responsible for assisting the customer with complex business analysis and process improvements duties. The candidate performs functional and operational analysis for a broad range of business management or technical disciplines. In addition, maintains liaison with senior staff. The candidate shall use specialized knowledge in exercising quality assurance, configuration management, and reliability and maintainability to control cost, design and production, and minimize life cycle cost. These duties require use of structured analysis, design methodologies and tools, and include collaboration with other program personnel and customers/stakeholders. The candidate shall possess strong organizational skills to help monitor multiple tasks, organize the workflow, and design processes to achieve goals.
Duties to include, but not be limited to the following:
- Supporting all program activities and providing recommendations.
- Responsible for maintaining works standards, reviewing work, supporting resolution of discrepancies, and ensuring the adherence to policies, purposes, and goals of the organization.
- Assisting in the planning, organizing, securing, and managing of resources for the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.
- Supporting program logistics, event planning, and preparation for delivery of virtual, in-person, and hybrid program and learning events, including coordinating with off-site/external conference venues and personnel.
- Assisting in the development, duplication, distribution, management, and tracking of program materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and resources supporting program deployment.
- Tracking employee training completion, any personnel movement, and maintain organizational charts.
- Tracking program/project progress and developing customized reports.
- Developing program/project briefing documents, materials, and communications.
- Providing learner support, responding to requests for information, and communicating program information to a wide range of audiences.
- Maintaining and organizing program office information, files, materials, and resources.
- Performing program-related data entry/data management in relevant agency databases and information technology systems (including Learning Management Systems).
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in program analysis or related functions or Masters Degree and 6 years.
- Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience working as a federal government contractor; FAA experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of leadership and management performance/best practices in the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) operation.
- Experience supporting deployment of highly customized employee development solutions for large, complex, operationally focused organizations (preferably with a safety focused mission).
- Experience facilitating program meetings with Subject Matter Experts and program office staff.
- Experience providing support services in a highly-matrixed work environment.
Pay Range $72,150.00 – $111,000.00 – $149,850.00
