The duties included but not limited to processing incoming stock, issuing stock to customers both on and off site, performing cycle counts.

Ensure that the needs of all customers are satisfied.

Prepare for audits in the stockroom on daily basics with suppliers.

You need good skills on problem solving issues that come up in the stockroom on daily basics.Essential FunctionsMake sure that stock material is stocked up dailyFill customer stock requests via sales orders or walk up window issuesHandle customer interactions/orders accurately and timelyCreate an excellent customer relationship basePerform cycle counts on a daily basisWork with team members to resolve issues with stock up receipts, customer sales ordersEnsure that parts are setup for delivery to appropriate drop zone or building locationPerform checks daily to make sure material is not hung in Blocked StockPerform checks daily for hung sales orders to prevent backordersInvestigates and answers customer inquiresOperate warehouse equipment; forklift, electric and manual pallet jack, and a reach liftPerform accurately and effectively on a computerPerform accurate stocking and issuing transactions in SAPMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Minimum six months related experienceAbility to operate warehouse equipment: forklift, reach-lift and pallet jackBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft softwareMust be available to work days Thurs-Sat, and every other Weds.
