This is a Full-time position in New Augusta, MS posted February 16, 2022.
Maintenance Clerk
Location: Hattiesburg, Mississippi
Targets
- Produce
weekly Preventive Maintenance procedures using SAP Plant Maintenance. - File
completed Preventive Maintenance procedures. - PM
follow up to ensure PMs are getting done by due date. - Assist
with updating PM process, creating of new PMs. - Review,
audit and create LO/TO procedures. - Update
and maintain equipment number database. - Create
and operate Maintenance Training Database. - Track
departmental vacation. - Keep
up to date training records. - Support
plant supervision with Operational Certification projects. - Convert
work notifications to work orders. - Answer
phone as needed. - Support
MRO storeroom as requested. - Assist
with implementing and supporting OEE program. - Ensure applicable product compliance
requirements are upheld including but not limited to the Clean Air
Act, California Code of Regulation and California Health and Safety
Code
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school or GED
- Intermediate to expert level in MS Excel
- Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Technical diploma preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance activities is beneficial but not required.
- SAP experience preferred.
