Job Description:

Role oversees and manages logistics activities with third-party transportation vendors and related systems information and processes.

Plans and monitors shipments out of MxNDC.

On a daily basis would need to plan orders dropped to Logistics, containerize TVs to maximize CLE and coordinate with various teams (DHL/FBC/GSM) to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities
Interfaces with third party shipping vendors on a daily basis Plan and build containers using load-planning tool based on certain customer requirements/criteria Troubleshoot issues with containers by working in conjunction with both FBC and carriers Using historical trends, analyzes data to create forecasts for empty containers Maintain smartsheet
Job Qualifications
A 4-year degree is preferred and a minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience is required.  Must have an understanding of shipping and logistics, both domestic and international Must be able to prepare and interpret shipping reports Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize duties, work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and the ability to meet a variety of deadlines on diverse projects simultaneously is required Must be very detail oriented, display excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with Internal and External customers
