Logistics Site Lead, Global Server Operations

Leadership is needed to manage prioritization of work, exception management, volume and staffing forecasts, and attainment of goals. In addition to managing the local daily operations, you will lead process improvement programs that scale across the globe with other data center locations.The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.Responsibilities* Manage responsibilities for day-to-day logistics of multiple data center locations with focus on safety, quality, customer service, and cost performance.* Manage 3PL partner teams and monitor and manage metrics for goals, vendor scorecards, speed, efficiency, and cost reduction. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives and manage budgets, spend control, and capital improvement projects within your locations.* Develop productive and meaningful relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers and represent the team as a subject matter expert on one or multiple topics.* Recognize improvement opportunities and turn into a documented business case, present business case for approval, and provide project management during implementation.* Manage budget, quality, inventory, safety, security, and operations for assigned locations.
