Description

We are looking for a talented Logistics IT Leader to join our remote team!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

The IT Logistics IT Leader is a global role responsible for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, and the integration to various edge application.

Key programs in scope for this role is the UK Logistics Center roadmap, North America Logistics strategy, and WMS modernization.

Manage a group of intermediate level IT employees and participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.

Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.

Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.

Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc.

Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

5 years or more of leadership experience

College, university, or equivalent bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.

Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, required.

Broad business knowledge required.

WMS development, implementation experience and Supply Chain experience is preferred.

Agile / SAFe experience is a plus.

Ability to develop IT strategies to support business objectives and strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
