Position Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities The Logistics Coordinator coordinates and manages the residential student self-isolation process for on-campus isolation/quarantine spaces; serves as the primary contact for coordination and communication related to residential student self-isolation; and serves in an on-call capacity to support residential students in self-isolation/quarantine.

-Ability to understand and follow instructions and work independently
-Proficiency in Office software to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
-Data management and complex reporting skills

-Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to analyze and solve problems
-Ability to work effectively with professional and non-professional personnel
-Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU .
Preferred Hiring Standards -Knowledge of working in Residential Life and Housing department
-Experience working in a direct student support role
-Experience serving in an on-call capacity
-Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
