Job Scope:As the Logistics Concierge II, you will serve as the client advocate and will be responsible for the client satisfaction based on call ownership and first time call resolution.

You will manage a high volume of inbound calls using talking points and various resource to identify the client’s need, clarify and communicate information, research issues, and provide effective resolution while keeping the client satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.The position demands reliability, follow-through, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability type and talk at the same time, and exceptional organizational skills.

– motivated individual who can work well with little to no supervision and is a reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, service-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities:Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements in order to resolve clients’ needs as efficiently as possibleBecome proficient in all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation and relevant dataMaintain appropriate documentation of conversations in designated system to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracyManage high volume of inbound calls in a timely and efficient mannerIdentify client needs, research issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesBuild sustainable relationships and engage clients by providing best-in-class serviceMeet and/or exceed established inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteriaProvide excellent client service and advocacyWork across the organization as needed to resolve client requestsAssist clients with the onboarding process by providing status of application and registration process, guidance of next steps, and answer any questionsDispatch available vehicles across all regions on an inbound basisEffectively communicate how to use any of our end-user facing toolsPerform other duties as deemed necessary by management Skills:Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone, email or chat contextAttention to detail and follow-throughDemonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment,Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic and demanding environmentDemonstrated experience being a customer-focused, service-oriented professional Qualifications:Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S.
