Manage incoming calls
CS & Account Management representative is responsible for ensuring contact between our clients and our warehouses.
Constant communication with our clients, warehouses, and Salesupply offices worldwide.
Superior customer service and relationship building are the cornerstones of this position.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Reviewing B2B shipments and determining the most efficient and cost-effective method of moving freight, along customer and third parties.
Initiate, prepare and process documentation for local, domestic, air and ocean exports and bonded shipments according to established procedures and regulations.
Uphold a strong and professional relationship with air & ocean carriers
Perform other duties as assigned by management depending on work flow including operational company requirements
