Inventory Clerk

Job Description Our client, a nationwide sheet metal manufacturer and distributor, has an immediate need for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our winning team here in Closter, New Jersey. Our candidate of choice will have prior experience using an industrial forklift. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Use RF Scan gun to receive and update inventory Verify items and qtys of items in warehouse and on packing slips when receiving items Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility Unloading inbound trailers Maintaining a clean and neat work area. Team player with customer service mindset. KEY REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent Industrial Forklift Experience Required Comfortable and able to be on feet or operating a forklift for extended periods of time Comfortable and able to frequently lift 50 lbs Comfortable and able to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work Ability to work OT as needed occasionally with little notice Please apply today for immediate consideration Elgen Staffing is the fastest growing staffing agency in New Jersey.
