Warehouse Associates are responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including, production and assembly, packaging, material handling, put away, pick, and pull and preparing products for shipment, shipping & receiving as well as cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure the warehouse is always safe and orderly.

The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.Complete orders and follow daily production/shipping schedulesAssemble and package orders as instructedIdentify & suggest new production and warehouse efficiencies to supervisorsAccurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly mannerAssembles, pulls, and fills orders to be shipped to customers, under tight deadlinesReview all orders to determine if they were picked correctlyEnsure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basisSafely operate all the necessary equipment in work areaOther responsibilities and projects as assignedRecommended Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.Previous Warehouse and distribution experience preferredGeneral understanding of work orders and of productions/warehouse functionsBe able to identify products by size, type, style, color, or item numberAbility to understand and execute instructionsFor safety reasons, understanding of basic instructions communicated in English preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust pass a drug screenPhysical and Mental Requirements:The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Days and hours of work are typically Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Scheduling flexibility is required to accommodate to workload.
