We are searching for…

An Edit Research Analyst to join our team.

In this role you will provide support and guidance to the RCM team as they will need to demonstrate advanced skills in several key areas like simple to complex rule writing or maintenance.

As a Edit Research Analyst, you will need to monitor payer changes for the various bill types supported to develop and implement edits specific to those payers.

The Edit Research Analyst will need to develop and maintain the rules in the edit library.

What will you do….

Research, document, development, maintain, and test payer rules for RCM product.
Provide liaison support between customers and payers with respect to regulatory billing
compliance to safeguard customers from HIPAA transaction set violations.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry and/or a degree in a related field.
Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
Intermediate technical writing aptitude, analytical skills and detail orientation.
Intermediate written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation combined with a customer service attitude.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and
quality output.
Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.
Working knowledge of Government Programs, commercial, workers compensation
compliance rules.
Possesses initiative, analytical skills, with emphasis on problem solving capabilities &
excellent communication skills.
Attend training to maintain industry knowledge.
Problem solving, multi-tasking and strong analytical skills required.

What you bring…
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or related discipline desired
Experience in healthcare preferably in the Home Health, Home Care and/or Hospice industries
preferred
Minimum of 2+ years related Institutional or Professional billing or coding compliance
preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
