Data Entry Clerk, Yellowstone General Stores

The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Warehouse team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately coordinating and processing the flow of materials and product through our warehouse. Our ideal candidate has a passion for numbers, is highly organized and detail oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and are team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately updates and maintains a database of inputs and outputs of warehouse inventory.
• Prepare purchase orders, home delivery orders, and location orders as needed.
• Print tickets and slips from the warehouse inventory database.
• Run warehouse reports.
• Review discrepancies in data received and perform data verification routines.
• Consult with staff on matters effecting entering and retrieval of data.
• Participate in the completion of physical inventories.
• Performs various administrative tasks and projects in the warehouse department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to efficiently operate computerized inventory systems.
