You will serve as a point of contact for all internal and external parties.
This involves anticipating administrative needs, managing workload, and producing work of the highest quality in a timely manner.You are an innovative problem-solver with a great eye for detail and an even greater sense of ownership.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks, requests, and priorities while also coordinating and collaborating with team members is essential to success in the role.

When workload is unusually heavy, the ability to effectively delegate tasks to and accept assignments from the rest of the administrative team is vital.How You’ll Help Us Be SuccessfulResponsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.Maintains executives’ contacts for business development purposes and assists with management of leads development.Assists with the coordination of promotional material for business development.Coordinates internal or client meetings, special events, and travel arrangements.Records time details and billable expenses to facilitate billing and other accounting procedures.Assists with monthly billing duties for the executives they support.
This includes proofreading and editing billing narratives for invoices sent to clients, and tracking accounts receivables.Performs data entry tasks in the process of facilitating analyses or creating work product.Responsible for assisting with conflict checks, generating engagement letters, and creating correspondence files.Creates, organizes, and maintains the administrative structure for each project (LAN files, “hard” files, document storage, project set-up, and closure).Provides document management support.Provides support for external professional organizations and initiatives.As needed, provides support for recruiting initiatives, expert development, marketing events, practice areas or other corporate initiatives.Composes and processes routine correspondence.Proofreads all written materials.Anticipates and understands the needs and demands of busy executives.Executive Assistants who have been identified as “floaters” may be assisting with case work and will be assigned tasks by the Supervisor of Litigation support on an as needed basis.What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulAssociate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ years of directly related experience with at least 1 year of experience providing executive level support, in a professional services firm (legal, consulting, financial, etc.) preferred.Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new applications/tools used office or firm wide.What Will Differentiate YouLeadership: the desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and firmCommunication: the ability to communicate effectively and professionallyBusiness Acumen: the capability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functionsClient Service: the mindset to provide superior serviceCORNERSTONE RESEARCH’S CULTUREOur uniquely collegial and supportive atmosphere makes Cornerstone Research a great place to work.
