Clerks are assigned to work in many departments throughout the store including Food Service, Produce, and Front End (Cashier).
Conducts oneself with a positive “can do” approach
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Understand and embrace the seasonality of local produce
Awareness of local food trends
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness
Effective time management skills
Strong work ethic and integrity
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business
