Included in these activities are the accurate execution of tasks in ORACLE and other business critical systems. Ensures compliance requirements are met in the identification and labeling of allergens as well as regulations pertaining to raw material storage. Informs and directs all receiving associates in company policies and procedures. Manages all Oracle ERP system transactions and required record retention documents in accordance with published standards. Follows established procedures to document and execute all necessary transactions in Oracle ERP system and other applications. Participates in the management development, and training on critical systems. Documents and coordinates all receipt, transfer and distribution of inventory. Audits and ensures compliance with all policies and food safety requirements. Executes data collection and coordinates pertinent dissemination Conducts verification of sales/purchase orders, ticketing, and inspection of inbound materials for quality. Manages and directs all inter-warehouse material transfers. Executes all office administrative duties. Ensures the accurate processing of all returns-to-vendor (RTV’s), transfers and damages based on company policies and procedures. Acts as liaison with quality department to process QA hold product and manages in the directed manner. Tracks and maintains associate vacation and attendance in conjunction with area supervisor. Manages multiple communication mediums in support of daily operations. Maintains a neat, orderly and organized warehouse that meets company standards. Maintains a clean work area, tools and equipment. Complies with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety rules and regulations. Conducts shift changeover meeting with outgoing process technicians and with shift associates. Actively seeks out problems and develops solutions in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Completes maintenance work orders. Performs inventory counting, either assisting cycle counters and/or performing month-end/year-end physical inventories. Manages and/or coordinates, re-stocking and purchasing of OGS items. Trains associates, build relationships and provides direction for metric achievement. Fulfills Team Leaders’ role and responsibilities during specified times. All other duties as assigned.Statement of CoverageScope of ResponsibilityPerforms assigned responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Scope of decision making directly affects day to day site performance. No direct reports; however, working with manager to direct various internal hourly positions and external business partners.Knowledge and Skill Requirements Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact with all levels of associates. Must be fluent in English, Spanish helpful but not required. Must have strong mathematical skills including statistical analysis skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (i.E. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); must have the ability to perform root cause analysis via computer based programs. Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clear directives. Must be able to manage multi-dimensional operations.
