Responsibilities
– Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
– Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
– Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
– Institute financial procedures and controls
– Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– Demonstrated knowledge of numeric data entry
– Adeptness in data entry
– Experience with Microsoft Excel
– Customer Portal experience
– Billing System experience
– Billing experience
– Microsoft Excel experience
– 1+ years of experience in a related role
– Excellent oral and written communications skills
